Please carefully read the following: I understand schedule adjustments may be necessary. However, I respectfully request a 24 hour notice for any bookings to be made. This also includes a 24 hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel, you may use your previous deposit towards your new appointment day and time. If it is past 24 hours, or if you do a no call no show, you will automatically be charged 60% of your service amount you originally scheduled for, you will also lose your deposit and will need a new deposit to secure a new appointment time. Please understand that when you miss the opportunity to cancel without notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients miss the opportunity to receive any services. After 2 no call no shows I will no longer take you as a client. NO EXCEPTIONS. You will have a 15 minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time. If you exceed 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will need a new deposit to reschedule.
